It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: On the night of Mi'raj, I passed by Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) and saw that he was standing in his grave performing prayer.

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: On the night of Mi'raj, I passed by some people whose mouths were being cut with scissors of fire. I asked, "Who are these people?" It was said, "These are the preachers of the world who used to enjoin good upon others but forgot themselves, and they used to recite the Book. Did they not understand?"

There came a time upon me when three days and three nights passed and I did not have enough food for myself or my family that any living being with a liver could eat, except for what Bilal had under his arm."

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not be amazed at anyone until you see what his end is like, because sometimes a person spends his whole life or a long period in good deeds, so that if he were to die in that state, he would enter Paradise. But then a change occurs in him and he becomes involved in sins. Similarly, a man remains involved in such sins for a long time that if he were to die in that state, he would enter Hell, but then a change occurs in him and he becomes engaged in good deeds. And when Allah Almighty intends good for a servant, He uses him before his death. The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) asked: How does He use him? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He grants him the ability to do righteous deeds before he dies, then He takes his soul."

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that there was a man who was the scribe of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He had also read Surah Al-Baqarah and Aal-e-Imran. Whenever that man recited Surah Al-Baqarah and Aal-e-Imran, he would surpass us greatly. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would dictate to him «غفوراً الرحيما» and he would write "Aleema Hakeema" in its place. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would say, "Write it like this," but he would say, "I will write as I wish." Similarly, when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would dictate to him «عليما حكيما», he would write «سميعا بصيرا» in its place and say, "I will write as I wish." After some time, that man became an apostate and joined the polytheists, and began to say, "Among all of you, I am more knowledgeable than Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). I used to write whatever I wanted in his presence." When that man died, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that the earth would not accept him. Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says that Hazrat Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) told me that he went to the place where that man had died, and found him lying outside. He asked the people, "What is the matter with this man?" The people told him, "We have buried him several times, but the earth does not accept him."

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a person asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about the time of the Fajr prayer. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed Hazrat Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) to establish the prayer at the time of the break of dawn, and the prayer was performed. Then, on the next day, he led the prayer when there was ample light, and said: "Where is the one who asked about the time of the Fajr prayer?" The time for the Fajr prayer is between these two times.
