Musnad Ahmad 3754 — Musnad of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنِ الرُّكَيْنِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الرِّبَا وَإِنْ كَثُرَ ، فَإِنَّ عَاقِبَتَهُ تَصِيرُ إِلَى قُلٍّ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No matter how much usury increases, its end is always towards decrease."
