(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو صَفْوَانَ وَسَمَّاهُ فِي غَيْرِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ , أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ , عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ , حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ , أَنَّ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ زَعَمَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ أَكَلَ ثُومًا أَوْ بَصَلًا ، فَلْيَعْتَزِلْنَا أَوْ قَالَ : فَلْيَعْتَزِلْ مَسْجِدَنَا وَلْيَقْعُدْ فِي بَيْتِهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever eats onions or garlic should not come near our mosques; he should sit in his house.
