(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، سَمِعَ جَابِرًا ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ ، يَغْزُو فِئَامٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ ، فَيُقَالُ : هَلْ فِيكُمْ مَنْ صَاحَبَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ ، فَيَقُولُونَ : نَعَمْ ، فَيُفْتَحُ لَهُمْ ، ثُمَّ يَغْزُو فِئَامٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ ، فَيُقَالُ : هَلْ فِيكُمْ مَنْ صَاحَبَ مَنْ صَاحَبَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ فَيَقُولُونَ : نَعَمْ ، فَيُفْتَحُ لَهُمْ ، ثُمَّ يَغْزُو فِئَامٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ ، فَيَقُولُونَ : هَلْ فِيكُمْ مَنْ صَاحَبَ مَنْ صَاحَبَ أَصْحَابَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ ، فَيَقُولُونَ : نَعَمْ ، فَيُفْتَحُ لَهُمْ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A time will come upon the people when groups of people will go out for jihad. Someone will ask, "Is there any companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) among you?" The people will reply in the affirmative, and the Muslims will be granted victory. Then, on another occasion, groups of people will go out for jihad. Someone will ask, "Is there any companion of a companion among you?" The people will reply in the affirmative, and the Muslims will be granted victory. Then, on another occasion, groups of people will go out for jihad, and someone will ask, "Is there any companion of the companion of a companion among you?" The people will reply in the affirmative, and the Muslims will be granted victory.
