١٢٩١٣ - حدثنا معتمر بن سليمان عن هشام (عمن) (١) حدثه عن إبراهيم قال: إذا كانت له عشرون كفّر.
Ibrahim says: When he has twenty (dirhams), then he should pay the expiation.
١٢٩١٤ - حدثنا معتمر عن هشام عن الحسن وابن سيرين أنهما كانا لا (يؤقتان) (١) في ذلك شيئًا.
Hasan and Hazrat Ibn Sirin do not specify any fixed time in this matter.
١٢٩١٥ - حدثنا (معتمر) (١) قال: قلت لمعمر: (٢) الرجل يحلف وليس عنده من الطعام إلا ما يكفّر، قال: كان قتادة يقول: يصوم ثلاثة أيام.
Hazrat Mu'tamir says that I asked Hazrat Mu'ammar: If a person swears an oath and he has no food except that which he would use to pay the expiation, he replied that Hazrat Qatadah used to say he should fast for three days.
١٢٩١٦ - حدثنا عفان عن حماد بن سلمة عن عبد الكريم عن سعيد بن جبير (في الرجل) (١) يحلف وليس له إلا ثلاثة دراهم فيحنث، قال: يكفر.
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair was asked: If a person takes an oath and he has only three dirhams, and he also breaks the oath? He replied: He will give the expiation.
١٢٩١٧ - حدثنا عبد الوهاب (الثقفي) (١) عن سعيد عن فرقد عن إبراهيم قال: إذا كان له عشرون درهمًا فعليه الكفارة.
Ibrahim says: When he has twenty dirhams, then expiation is obligatory upon him.
١٢٩١٨ - حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة عن سفيان عن (سعيد) (١) بن أبي عروبة عن فرقد عن إبراهيم مثله.
The same is narrated from Ibrahim.
