٨٥٦٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا وكيع عن عيسى بن حفص بن عاصم عن عطاء ابن أبي مروان الأسلمي عن أبيه قال: خرجنا مع عمر بن الخطاب نستسقي فما زاد على (الاستغفار) (١) (٢).
Abu Marwan al-Aslami said: We went out with Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) to pray for rain, and he made only the supplication of seeking forgiveness (istighfar).
