Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 8563 — Those who used to perform the prayer

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I went with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to the prayer ground (musalla) for the prayer for rain. When he supplicated, he faced the qiblah and turned his cloak over.
