Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 7721 — Praying in the Mosque of the Prophet
٧٧٢١ - حدثنا أبو أسامة قال: ثنا (عبيد اللَّه) (١) بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "صلاة في مسجدي هذا أفضل من ألف صلاة في غيره إلا المسجد الحرام" (٢).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A prayer in this mosque of mine is a thousand times better than prayer in other mosques, except al-Masjid al-Haram."
