Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 4549 — The two prostrations of forgetfulness

Ibrahim and Ali bin Mudrik say: Alqamah, by mistake, led us in five rak'ahs. When he gave the salam, the people told him: You have prayed five rak'ahs. He turned to one of the people and said to him: O one-eyed man, did it really happen like that? He said: Yes. Then Alqamah performed the two prostrations of forgetfulness.
