٣٩٠٩٢ - حدثنا أبو مالك الجنبي عن حجاج عن أبي إسحاق عن علي قال: يركب بدنته بالمعروف (١).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man may ride his badanah in a proper manner. It is mentioned that the view of (Imam) Abu Hanifah is: A badanah may not be ridden, except that if its owner is afflicted with severe hardship, it may then be ridden.
