٣٩٠٧٩ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن سلمة بن كهيل عمن سمع جابر بن عبد اللَّه يقول: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من باع عبدا وله مال فماله للبائع إلا أن يشترط المبتاع" (١).
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sells a slave and the slave has property, this property of the slave belongs to the seller, unless this property has been made a condition in favour of the buyer."
