Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 36062 — The sending of al-Numan bin Muqarrin

Alqamah said: We besieged the city of Nihawand, and I gave Mi'dad a garment of mine, which he tied as a turban. A stone struck him on the head. He began to rub his head, and looking at me he said: "It is very small, and Allah Almighty will grant blessing in what is small."
