٣٤٧١٣ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا الأعمش عن أبي صالح عن أبي هريرة قال: ﴿أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ﴾ [النساء: ٥٩]، قال: الأمراء (١).
Abu Salih (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) explained this verse as follows: "Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those of authority and power" [Al-Nisa: 59]. He said: "This refers to the rulers."
