٢٩٧٠٨ - [*] قال وكيع: كانوا يرون أن رجلًا صحيحًا كان يقود أعمى فوقعا في بئر فوقع عليه، فإما (قتله) (١)، وإما جرحه، فضمن الأعمى.
Waki' said: They were of the view that a sound man was leading a blind man, and the two of them fell into a well, and the blind man fell on him and either killed him or wounded him, so the blind man was made liable.
