Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 29613 — A man who seeks to violate a woman

Ubayd bin Umayr said: A man hosted a person from the tribe of Hudhayl. A slave girl of theirs was going to gather firewood, and that person tried to force himself on her. She struck him with a stone and killed him. The matter was then brought before Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), and he said: He is one slain by Allah; no blood money shall ever be paid for him.
