Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 27713 — The Prophet (peace and blessings be)

Ibn Sirin said that Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) said this to Abd al-Rahman bin Muljam al-Muradi: "I intend his life, and he intends to kill me. Bring a friend from the tribe of Murad who would accept your excuse."
