٢٤٥١٣ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن ابن عون عن محمد قال: قلت له: الرجل يحلف على الشيء أن لا يبيعه ثم يبيعه، أشتريه منه؟ قال: نعم، وأذكِره يمينه] (١).
Ibn Awn said: I said to Muhammad: "A man swore not to sell something, and then he sells it. May I buy it from him?" He said: "Yes, buy it, and remind him of his oath."
