٢٣٥١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: سألت الحسن بن صالح وشريكًا عن (الرجل) (١) يرهن عبده ثم يعتقه، قالا: عتقه جائز.
Yahya bin Adam said: I asked al-Hasan bin Salih and Sharik about a man who pledges a slave and then frees him. They said: His freeing him is valid. Sharik said: The slave shall work to earn the pledgee's debt. Al-Hasan said: Working to earn it for the pledgee is not an obligation on the slave.
