١٥٤١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث عن (عبد اللَّه بن بكر) (١) المزني أن عطاء وطاوسًا ومجاهدًا قالوا في المحرم يصيب القطاة، قالوا: فيها شاة.
Ata, Tawus and Mujahid said: If a person in ihram (muhrim) kills a sandgrouse, a sheep is due from him.
