Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 14113 — Those who said a man's last act
١٤١١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه عن ابن عباس قال: أمر الناس أن يكون آخر عهدهم بالبيت وخفف عن الحيّض (١).
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The people were commanded that their last act should be the tawaf of the House of Allah, and this command was made lighter for menstruating women (a concession was given to them in it).
