Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12949 — Those who permitted freeing a child
١٢٩٤٩ - [حدثنا ابن نمير عن عبيد اللَّه عن نافع عن ابن عمر أنه أعتق ولد زنى وأمه] (١) (٢).
It is narrated from Nafi' that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) freed a child born of zina (fornication) together with his mother.
