Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12921 — One who swears not to eat meat: may

It is narrated from Sa'id that a man asked Qatadah: A man said to his wife, "If I eat meat, my wife is divorced," and then he ate fish. He said: She is divorced. Allah Almighty says: "You eat fresh meat" [Fatir: 12].
