١٢٩٠١ - حدثنا غندر عن أشعث عن (الحسن في) (١) الرجل يحلف (لا) (٢) يقرب امرأته عشرة أيام ثم قربها قبل العشرة قال: لا كفارة عليه.
Al-Hasan was asked about a man who swears that he will not go near his wife for ten days, and then he goes near her before the ten days are over. He said: There is no expiation upon him.
