١٢٧٢١ - حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن عاصم عن (بكر) (١) قال: إذا أقسم ⦗٣٠٩⦘ الرجل على الرجل فأحنثه فالإثم على الذي أحنثه، لأنه إنما أقسم عليه (ثقة) (٢) به.
Bakr said: When a man adjures another man by an oath and the other makes him break it, the sin is upon the one who made him break it, because he adjured him only out of trust in him.
