Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 10413 — Some say there is no zakah

Hazrat Hasan bin Zaid says that I heard Hazrat Mujahid saying: "Keep counting (the wealth of the orphan). When you come to know (that it has reached the amount liable for zakat), then pay the zakat."
