حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ نُصَيْرٍ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الْهُنَائِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ بِنْتِ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ، قَالَتْ: «حَفِظْتُ ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَإِنَّهُ لَيَقْرَأُ بِهَا فِي الْجُمُعَةِ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ»
Sayyidah Umm Hisham bint Harithah bin al-Nu'man (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "I memorised Surah Qaf, 'Qaf. By the glorious Qur'an', from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), for he (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite it on the pulpit on Friday."
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا أَبِيُ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، وَعُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ بِنْتِ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ، قَالَتْ: لَقَدْ مَكَثْنَا وَآلُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَهْرًا، وَمَا لَنَا وَلَهُمْ إِلَّا تَنُّورٌ وَاحِدٌ نَخْبِزُ فِيهِ، «فَحَفِظْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ق، مِمَّا يَقْرَأُ بِهَا عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ»
Sayyidah Umm Hisham bint Harithah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that we and the family of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) lived for a month in such a way that between us and them there was only one oven in which we baked bread, "and I memorised Surah Qaf from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), which he (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite on the pulpit on Friday."
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ هِشَامٍ بِنْتِ حَارِثَةَ، قَالَتْ: «حَفِظْتُ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ق فِي صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ»
Sayyidah Umm Hisham bint Harithah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "I memorised Surah Qaf from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (by hearing it) in the Fajr prayer."
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ هِشَامٍ بِنْتِ حَارِثَةَ، قَالَتْ: لَقَدْ مَكَثْنَا سَنَتَيْنِ أَوْ سَنَةً وَبَعْضَ سَنَةٍ، وَإِنَّ تَنُّورَنَا وَتَنُّورَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاحِدٌ وَمَا «حَفِظْتُ ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ، إِلَّا مِنْ لِسَانِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَؤُهَا عَلَى النَّاسِ فِي كُلِّ جُمُعَةٍ إِذَا خَطَبَ»
Sayyidah Umm Hisham bint Harithah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that we lived for two years, or a year and some months, in such a way that our oven and the oven of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) were one, and "I learned Surah Qaf, 'Qaf. By the glorious Qur'an', only from the blessed tongue of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him); he (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite this surah to the people every Friday during the sermon."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، عَنْ ابْنِ سَعْدٍ، ثنا عَمِّي، ثنا أَبِي، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ح يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَسْعَدَ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ هِشَامٍ بِنْتِ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ، قَالَتْ: لَقَدْ كَانَ تَنُّورُنَا وَتَنُّورُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاحِدًا سَنَتَيْنِ أَوْ سَنَةً وَبَعْضَ سَنَةٍ وَمَا «أَخَذْتُ ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ، إِلَّا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، كَانَ يَقْرَؤُهَا كُلَّ جُمُعَةٍ إِذَا خَطَبَ النَّاسَ»
Sayyidah Umm Hisham bint Harithah bin al-Nu'man (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that our oven and the oven of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) remained one for two years, or a year and some months, and "I learned Surah Qaf, 'Qaf. By the glorious Qur'an', only from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him); whenever he (peace and blessings be upon him) delivered the sermon to the people, he would recite this surah every Friday."
