Mujahid bin Jabr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Ibn al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Perform Hajj on its own (ifrad), and leave the saying of this blind man of yours. Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The one whose heart Allah has blinded is you. Why do you not ask your mother about this? So he sent to her, and Sayyidah Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) said: Abdullah bin Abbas has spoken the truth. "We set out with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in ihram for Hajj, then we made it Umrah, and we came out of ihram completely, until the incense burners were fuming among the men and the women (that is, perfume began to be used)."
