حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «تَعَرَّضَ كَتِفًا ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ate the meat of a (goat's) shoulder, then prayed and did not perform ablution.
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا حَاتِمِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ: «أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِكَتِفِ شَاةٍ فَأَكَلَ مِنْهَا فَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَمَسَّ مَاءً»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her); she said: The shoulder of a goat was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) ate from it, then prayed and did not touch water.
