حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: «قَبَّلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to kiss while fasting.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْحَوْضِيُّ، ثنا هِشَامٌ، وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ «تَغْتَسِلُ هِيَ وَرَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to take the ritual bath for major impurity (janabah) from a single vessel.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ السِّرَاجُ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ، ثنا عَنْبَسَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتَ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَتْهُ، أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَتْهَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ «يُقَبِّلُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ» .
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to kiss while fasting.
حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ، ثنا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بِإِسْنَادِهِ نَحْوَهُ
A similar hadith is also narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her).
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثنا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهِيَ كَانَا «يَغْتَسِلَانِ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ»
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَا: ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ أَسْلَمَ يُقَالُ لَهَا سُبَيْعَةُ كَانَتْ تَحْتَ زَوْجِهَا فَتُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا، وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ، فَخَطَبَهَا أَبُو السَّنَابِلِ بْنُ بَعْكَكٍ، فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تُنْكِحَهُ، فَقَالَ: مَا يَصْلُحُ لَكِ أَنْ تَنْكِحِي حَتَّى تَعْتَدِّي آخِرَ الْأَجَلَيْنِ فَمَكَثَتْ عِشْرِينَ لَيْلَةً، فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ لَهَا: «أَنْكِحِي»
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَا: ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ أَسْلَمَ يُقَالُ لَهَا سُبَيْعَةُ كَانَتْ تَحْتَ زَوْجِهَا فَتُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا، وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ، فَخَطَبَهَا أَبُو السَّنَابِلِ بْنُ بَعْكَكٍ، فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تُنْكِحَهُ، فَقَالَ: مَا يَصْلُحُ لَكِ أَنْ تَنْكِحِي حَتَّى تَعْتَدِّي آخِرَ الْأَجَلَيْنِ فَمَكَثَتْ عِشْرِينَ لَيْلَةً، فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ لَهَا: «أَنْكِحِي»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to take a bath from a single vessel.
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that a woman from the tribe of Aslam, who was called Subay'ah, was married to her husband; he died while she was pregnant. Then Abu al-Sanabil bin Ba'kak proposed marriage to her, and she refused. So he said: "It is not right for you to marry until you complete the longer of the two waiting periods." So she waited twenty nights, then came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: "Get married."
