حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو غَسَّانَ، ثنا قَيْسٌ، عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ: إِنَّمَا نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الذَّهَبِ، قُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ الْمِسْكُ يُصِيبُ بِالذَّهَبِ؟، قَالَ: «لَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ بِفِضَّةٍ، ثُمَّ الْطِخِيهِ بِزَعْفَرَانٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) only forbade gold. We said: O Messenger of Allah, may musk be applied with gold? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No, but you may apply it with silver, then mix it with saffron."
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ: كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي لِحَافٍ فَحِضْتُ، فَقَالَ: «ارْجِعِي فَشُدِّي عَلَيْكِ إِزَارَكِ ثُمَّ ارْجِعِي»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her); she said: I was with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) under one quilt when my menses began. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Go and tie your lower garment firmly, then come back."
