حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، وَأَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ الْكَلْبِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَلَدَهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ ثَمَانِينَ»
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave them eighty lashes each.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: «لَمَّا نَزَلَ عُذْرِي قَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ وَتَلَا الْقُرْآنَ، فَلَمَّا نَزَلَ أَمَرَ بِرَجُلَيْنِ وَامْرَأَةٍ فَضُرِبُوا حَدَّهُمْ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her); she said: When my vindication was revealed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) stood on the pulpit, mentioned it and recited the Qur'an. When he (peace and blessings be upon him) came down from the pulpit, he gave orders concerning two men and a woman, and the prescribed punishment (hadd) was carried out on them.
حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَبُو عَلْقَمَةَ الْفَرْوِيُّ، ثنا قُدَامَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ، ثنا مَخْرَمَةُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ حَدَّ اللهُ الَّذِينَ شَتَمُوا عَائِشَةَ ثَمَانِينَ ثَمَانِينَ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الْخَلَائِقِ، فَيَسْتَوْهِبُ رَبِّي الْمُهَاجِرِينَ مِنْهُمْ، فَأَسْتَأْمِرُكِ يَا عَائِشَةُ» ، فَسَمِعَتْ عَائِشَةُ الْكَلَامَ، فَبَكَتْ وَهِيَ فِي الْبَيْتِ، ثُمَّ قَالَتْ: وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ نَبِيًّا لَسُرُورُكَ أَطْيَبُ إِلَيَّ مِنْ سُرُورِي، فَتَبَسَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ضَاحِكًا، وَقَالَ: «ابْنَةُ أَبِيهَا»
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When it is the Day of Resurrection, Allah will carry out the prescribed punishment of eighty lashes each on those who reviled Aishah, before all of creation. Then my Lord will ask me to pardon the Muhajirun among them, so I will consult you, O Aishah." Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) heard these words while she was in the house, and she began to weep. Then she said: By the One who sent you as a Prophet with the truth, your happiness is dearer to me than my own happiness. At this the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) smiled and said: "She is her father's daughter."
