حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بَكَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: «يَا أَبَتَاهُ مَنْ رَبِّهِ مَا أَدْنَاهُ، يَا أَبَتَاهُ إِلَى جِبْرِيلَ أَنْعَاهُ، يَا أَبَتَاهُ جُنَّةُ الْفِرْدَوْسِ مَأْوَاهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), weeping over the death of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), said: "O my dear father, how near he is to his Lord! O my dear father, to Jibril I announce his death! O my dear father, the Garden of Firdaws is his abode!"
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَارِمٌ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ قَالَتْ: «يَا أَنَسُ كَيْفَ طَابَتْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ أَنْ تَحْثُوا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ التُّرَابَ، وَا أَبَتَاهُ مِنْ رَبِّهِ مَا أَدْنَاهُ، وَا أَبَتَاهُ جُنَّةُ الْفِرْدَوْسِ مَأْوَاهُ وَا أَبَتَاهُ إِلَى جِبْرِيلَ نَنْعَاهُ، وَا أَبَتَاهُ أَجَابَ رَبًّا دَعَاهُ»
Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "O Anas, how could your hearts bear to pour earth over the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)? O my dear father, how near he is to his Lord! O my dear father, the Garden of Firdaws is his abode! O my dear father, to Jibril we announce his death! O my dear father, he answered the call of his Lord who called him!"
