حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثنا أَبُو يَعْفُورَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «مَنْ أَخَذَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ شَيْئًا ظُلْمًا جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَحْمِلُ تُرَابَهَا إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ya'la (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever takes any part of the land unjustly will come on the Day of Resurrection carrying its soil into the gathering place (al-Mahshar)."
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، وعَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ، عَنْ أَيْمَنَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يَعْلَى الثَّقَفِيَّ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ أَخَذَ أَرْضًا بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ، كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ تُرَابَهَا إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ»
Sayyiduna Ya'la al-Thaqafi (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever takes land without right will be made to carry its soil to the gathering place (al-Mahshar)."
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ، وعَبْدَانُ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: ثنا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَيْمَنَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ ظَلَمَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ، كَلَّفَهُ اللهُ أَنْ يُحْضِرَهُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ آخِرَ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ، ثُمَّ يُطَوَّقُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يُقْضَى بَيْنَ النَّاسِ»
Sayyiduna Ya'la bin Murrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Any man who unjustly takes a hand-span of land, Allah Almighty will make him carry it down to the last layer of the seven earths; then on the Day of Resurrection it will be placed around his neck as a collar until judgement is passed between the people."
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ الرَّقِّيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّقِّيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْكِلَابِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ، قَالُوا: ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ أَيْمَنَ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ الثَّقَفِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ سَرَقَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ، أَوْ غَلَّةً جَاءَ يَحْمِلُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَى أَسْفَلِ الْأَرَضِينَ»
Sayyiduna Ya'la bin Murrah al-Thaqafi (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever steals a hand-span of land or some produce will come carrying it on the Day of Resurrection down to the lowest layer of the earths."
