حَدَّثَنَا طَالِبُ بْنُ قُرَّةَ الْأَذَنِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى الطَّبَّاعُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ح، وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَا: ثنا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، ثنا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: «اسْتُكْرِهَتِ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَرَأَ عَنْهَا الْحَدَّ، وَأَقَامَهُ عَلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهَا، وَلَمْ يُذْكَرْ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ لَهَا مَهْرًا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Wa'il bin Hujr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "In the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) a woman was forced (into intercourse), so he (peace and blessings be upon him) waived the prescribed punishment (hadd) from her and carried out the prescribed punishment on the one who assaulted her, and it is not mentioned that he (peace and blessings be upon him) fixed a dowry (mahr) for her."
حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَارِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاضِعًا أَنْفَهُ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ مَعَ جَبْهَتِهِ، إِذَا سَجَدَ»
Abd al-Jabbar bin Wa'il (may Allah have mercy on him) relates: I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and when he (peace and blessings be upon him) prostrated, he would place his nose on the ground along with his forehead.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَالِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: «أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَرَآهُ يَضَعُ أَنْفَهُ مَعَ جَبْهَتِهِ فِي السُّجُودِ»
Abd al-Jabbar bin Wa'il (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father that he came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and saw that he (peace and blessings be upon him) would place his nose along with his forehead in prostration.
حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى فَرَأَيْتُ أَثَرَ أَنْفِهِ مَعَ جَبْهَتِهِ فِي الْكَثِيفِ»
Abd al-Jabbar bin Wa'il (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father that he said: I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) praying, and I saw the mark of his (peace and blessings be upon him) nose, along with his (peace and blessings be upon him) forehead, in the soil of the place of prostration.
