Mus'ab bin Sa'd (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) is certainly among the people of Paradise, for whatever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saw, whether awake or asleep, was true; and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "While I was in Paradise, I suddenly saw a house in it, so I asked: Whose is this? And I was told: It belongs to Umar bin al-Khattab."

Mus'ab bin Sa'd (may Allah have mercy on him) relates that Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "By Allah, Umar is in Paradise." And I would not love to have red camels (the most precious of wealth) in exchange for it, yet you dispersed before I could tell you why I said that. Then he told them of the dream that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had seen concerning Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), and said: "And the dream of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is true."
