حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ جَرَادٍ، عَنْ رَجَاءَ بْنِ حَيْوَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whomever Allah intends good for, He grants him understanding of the religion."
حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ رَجَاءِ بْنِ حَيْوَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا فَلْيُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whomever Allah intends good for, let Him grant him understanding of the religion."
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَائِلَةَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الشَّاذَكُونِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْكَفَانِيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْلَةَ، عَنْ رَجَاءَ بْنِ حَيْوَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْأُغْلُوطَاتِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade asking complicated and confusing questions.
