Raja bin Haywah from Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16961 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Whomever Allah

حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ رَجَاءِ بْنِ حَيْوَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا فَلْيُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whomever Allah intends good for, let Him grant him understanding of the religion."
