حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، ثنا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ لِبْسِ الذَّهَبِ إِلَّا مُقَطَّعًا، وَعَنْ رُكُوبِ النِّمَارِ»
Abu Qilabah al-Jarmi (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade wearing gold except a small amount, and he also forbade riding on leopards."
حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ مَيْمُونٍ الْقَنَّادِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ رُكُوبِ النِّمَارِ، وَعَنْ لِبْسِ الذَّهَبِ إِلَّا مُقَطَّعًا»
Abu Qilabah al-Jarmi (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him): "That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade riding on leopards, and forbade wearing gold except a small amount."
