حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ. قَالَ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ: وَثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا أَنْفَقَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ نَفَقَةً وَهُوَ يَحْتَسِبُهَا فَهِيَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ» قُلْتُ: عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ: عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
Sayyiduna Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a man spends on his family, hoping for its reward from Allah, it is charity for him." (The narrator said:) I asked: "Is this narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?" He said: "Yes, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)."
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا أَبِي، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ، هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ
