حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الدِّمْيَاطِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ بْنِ قُنْفُذٍ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أُنَيْسٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مِنْ أَكْبَرِ الْكَبَائِرِ الشِّرْكُ بِاللهِ، وَعُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنِ، وَالْيَمِينُ الْغَمُوسُ، وَمَا حَلَفَ حَالِفٌ بِاللهِ بِيَمِينٍ صَبْرٍ أَدْخَلَ فِيهَا مِثْلَ جَنَاحِ بَعُوضَةٍ إِلَّا كَانَتْ وَكْتَةً فِي قَلْبِهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Unays al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among the greatest of the major sins are associating partners with Allah, disobedience to parents and the false oath (al-yamin al-ghamus). And whoever swears by Allah and deliberately mixes into it a lie even the size of a mosquito's wing, it becomes a stain on his heart until the Day of Resurrection."
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أُنَيْسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَكْبَرُ الْكَبَائِرِ الْإِشْرَاكُ بِاللهِ، وَعُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنِ، وَيَمِينُ الْغَمُوسِ، وَايْمُ الَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَا يَحْلِفُ أَحَدٌ وَإِنْ كَانَ عَلَى مِثْلِ جَنَاحِ بَعُوضَةٍ إِلَّا كَانَتْ وَكْتَةً فِي قَلْبِهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Unays (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The greatest of the major sins are associating partners with Allah, disobedience to parents and the false oath. By the One in whose hand is my soul, whoever swears an oath, even over a matter as trivial as a mosquito's wing, it becomes a stain on his heart until the Day of Resurrection."
