حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّازَّقِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أُنَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: «إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَهُ بِلَيْلَةِ ثَلَاثٍ وَعِشْرِينَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Unays (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed him (to seek Laylat al-Qadr) on the twenty-third night.
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى الْبَوْسِيُّ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بنِ بَرَّةَ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّازَّقِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أُنَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَى قِرْبَةً فَخَنَّثَهَا فَشَرِبَ، وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Unays (may Allah be pleased with him) relates: I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) come to a waterskin, bend its mouth back and drink while standing.
