It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyiduna Harithah bin al-Rubayyi' (may Allah be pleased with him) came on the day of Uhud to watch (the battle); he was a young boy. A stray arrow from an unknown direction struck him in the hollow of his throat and killed him as a martyr. His mother, Sayyidah al-Rubayyi' (may Allah be pleased with her), came and said: O Messenger of Allah, you know what place Harithah had in my heart; if he is among the people of Paradise, I will be patient; otherwise you will see what I do. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Umm Harithah, Paradise is not just one; rather, there are many gardens of Paradise, and he is in al-Firdaws al-A'la (the highest Paradise)." She said: Then I will be patient.
