حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمَّارُ، ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدُ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي، ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ الْقَزَّازُ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ، قَالَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ وَالْحَوْضِيُّ: ثنا شُعْبَةُ، وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو: أَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا، فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا، وَإِنْ كَتَمَا وَكَذَبَا مُحِقَتْ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hakim bin Hizam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The buyer and the seller have the option (to uphold or cancel the deal) as long as they have not separated. If both of them told the truth and made (the condition of the goods) clear, their transaction will be blessed for them; and if they concealed and lied, the blessing of their transaction will be wiped out."
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقَزَّازُ، قَالَا: ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ، ثنا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا - قَالَ هَمَّامٌ: وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِي يَخْتَارُ ثَلَاثَ مِرَارٍ - فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا، وَإِنْ كَذَبَا وَكَتَمَا فَعَسَى أَنْ يَرْبَحَا رِبْحًا وَيُمْحَقَا بَرَكَةَ بَيْعِهِمَا "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hakim bin Hizam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The buyer and the seller have the option as long as they have not separated (the narrator Hammam said: I found in my book that the words 'have the option' were repeated three times). Then, if both of them told the truth and made things clear, their transaction will be blessed for them; and if they lied and concealed, perhaps they may earn a profit, but the blessing of their transaction will be wiped out."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمَّارُ، ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، قَالَا: ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hakim bin Hizam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The buyer and the seller have the option as long as they have not separated."
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ خَالَوَيْهِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، قَالَا: ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا، فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا بُورِكَ لَهُمَا، وَإِنْ كَذَبَا وَكَتَمَا مُحِقَتْ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا» .

حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَيَّارٍ الشِّيرَازِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى الْبَاهِلِيُّ، ثنا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ
A similar hadith is also narrated from Sayyiduna Hakim bin Hizam (may Allah be pleased with him).
