حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ زِبْرِيقٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ، ثنا عَيَّاشُ بْنُ مُؤْنِسٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ نِمْرَانَ بْنَ مِخْمَرٍ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ أَوْسَ بْنَ شُرَحْبِيلَ أَحَدَ بَنِي الْمُجَمِّعِ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ مَشَى مَعَ ظَالِمٍ لِيُعِينَهُ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ ظَالِمٌ، فَقَدْ خَرَجَ مِنَ الْإِسْلَامِ»
Sayyiduna Aws bin Shurahbil (may Allah be pleased with him), who was from Banu al-Mujammi', relates that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever walks with an oppressor to help him, knowing that he is an oppressor, has left Islam."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشَ، قَالَا: ثنا حَرِيزُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ثنا نِمْرَانُ بْنُ مِخْمَرٍ، عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ - قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا - فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Shurahbil bin Aws (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks wine, flog him; then if he does it again" - he said this three times - "on the fourth time, kill him."
