حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ السَّيْلَحِينِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ بْنِ قَطَنٍ الْكِنْدِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَارَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: قَدْ صَلَّى فِي بَيْتِهِ الْقِبْلَتَيْنِ جَمِيعًا، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَمْسَحُ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ يَوْمًا» . قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَيَوْمَيْنِ؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ وَثَلَاثَةً» قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَثَلَاثَةً؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ وَمَا شِئْتَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Imarah al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) - and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had prayed in his house towards both qiblahs - he said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah! May I wipe over the leather socks (khuffs)?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes, one day." I said: "O Messenger of Allah! And two days?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes, and three days too." I said: "O Messenger of Allah! And three days?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes, and as long as you wish."
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ غُلَيْبٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ قَطَنٍ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ نُسَيٍّ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى فِي بَيْتِهِ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَمْسَحُ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ» . قُلْتُ: يَوْمٌ؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ، وَيَوْمَيْنِ» . قَالَ: قُلْتُ: وَثَلَاثٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ، وَمَا بَدَا لَكَ»
