باب من روى عن ابن مسعود أنه لم يكن مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ليلة الجن

Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9985 — We fasted twenty-nine days

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، وَمُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ، قَالَا: ثنا صَالِحُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ الْخُوَارِزْمِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ أَبِي الْمُسَاوِرِ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: «مَا صُمْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تِسْعًا وَعِشْرِينَ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا صُمْنَا ثَلَاثِينَ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "We fasted twenty-nine days with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) more often than we fasted thirty."
