باب من روى عن ابن مسعود أنه لم يكن مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ليلة الجن
Chapter: Those who reported that Ibn Masud (may Allah be pleased with him) was not with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on the Night of the Jinn
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9939 — I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when his ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَعْلَى بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: «لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَإِنَّ بُيُوتَهُ لَعَلَى يَسَارِهِ، فَإِذَا صَلَّى الصَّلَاةَ أَخَذَ إِلَى بُيُوتِهِ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says: "I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) when his (peace and blessings be upon him) houses were on his (peace and blessings be upon him) left side; when he (peace and blessings be upon him) had finished the prayer, he would turn towards his houses from the left."
