Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9916 — from his father, Sayyiduna Abdullah bin

Abu Ubaydah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father, Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I was with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on the Night of the Jinn, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: "Look for three stones for me." I found two stones and a piece of dung for him (peace and blessings be upon him), so he (peace and blessings be upon him) took the two stones, threw away the dung and said: "This is filth."
