Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9891 — Rabi' bin Khuthaym added these words
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ قَالَ: زَادَ رَبِيعُ بْنُ خَيْثَمٍ فِي التَّشَهُّدِ: «بَرَكَاتُهُ وَمَغْفِرَتُهُ» ، فَقَالَ عَلْقَمَةُ: نَقِفُ حَيْثُ عَلِمْنَا: «السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ»
Talhah bin Musarrif said: Rabi' bin Khuthaym added these words to the tashahhud: "His blessings and His forgiveness." Thereupon Alqamah said: We will stop where our knowledge stops: "O Prophet, peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings."
