Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9847 — from his father, who said: I have not

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: مَا سَمِعْتُ فِي التَّشَهُّدِ أَحْسَنَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ؛ وَذَلِكَ أَنَّهُ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Ibn Buraydah narrated from his father, who said: I have not heard anything about the tashahhud better than the hadith of Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), because he traced it back to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (narrated it as marfu').
